Qantas-planen der besluttede at give Perth lufthavn en 'frisk' slibning!

Da Qantas A330 besluttede at tage en vild omvej under start, blev lufthavnen ramt af ikke bare bølger, men også et 'hulløst' runway! 🌪️✈️

I en dramatisk hændelse på Perth International Airport fandt der en overraskende situation sted, da en Qantas Airbus A330, som var på vej til Singapore, valgte at give runwayet en ekstra udfordring. Det skete, da flyet tog af sted og kortvarigt rev en del af den nyomlagte bane op. Videooptagelser fra hændelsen har allerede taget internettet med storm og har givet lufthavnen en ny slags opmærksomhed.

De lokale myndigheder står nu over for opgaven med hurtigt at reparere skaderne. En tændt og effektiv inspektion af lufthavnen vil være nødvendig for at sikre, at flyvninger kan fortsætte uden yderligere forstyrrelser. "Det gik ikke lige som planlagt!" kunne en lufthavnsrepræsentant ikke lade være med at bemærke, mens de blev set gå frem og tilbage i en nervøs dans omkring det beskadigede område.

I mellemtiden er Perth Cultural Centre også på vej til at få en grønnere makeover. Dette ekstra $55 millioner projekt er en del af en stor plan for at forbedre området med mere plads til vegetation og skygge for at skabe et mere indbydende rum for de besøgende. Det kan man sige er en fantastisk måde at få folk til at glemme det lidt akavede fly-afgang.

Men mens der gøres fremskridt på begge fronter, er det bemærkelsesværdigt, hvor hurtigt og uventet en situation kan ændre sig i lufthavnen. Kunstnerne i Perth vil måske også have en ny "flyvetur" til deres arbejde – ved at skabe værker inspireret af den turbulente hændelse.

For lidt sjov faktum: Denne episode minder os om, at selv de største fly kan være lidt klodsede fra tid til anden. Og vidste du, at Qantas selv er kendt for at have den ældste luftfartsvirksomhed i verden, der stadig er i drift? Med dette minde i baghovedet har Perth International Airport helt sikkert fået en ny historie at fortælle!
