Den russiske præsident Vladimir Putin har for nylig besøgt Mongoliet, og det har forårsaget stor opmærksomhed, især da han ankom til landet med en international arrestordre hængende over sit hoved. Dette er første gang, han besøger et land, der er medlem af Den Internationale Straffedomstol (ICC) siden den anklage blev rejst imod ham.
