Dog beskriver hun, hvordan tiden i haven har hjulpet hende med at bearbejde sin fortid og finde glæde i små ting. "At være i haven er som terapi for mig," deler hun. Og med sin tilgang til sundhed og velvære kan hun klart give Martha Stewart en løbende kamp!
På den sociale front har Anderson også regnet med, hvad der virkelig betyder noget for hende. Hun nævner, at mange mennesker har sagt, at de ikke kunne lide hende, før hun stoppede med at bruge makeup i 2023.
