Microsoft har overgået analytikernes forventninger i første kvartal af 2024 og fortsætter med at imponere Wall Street. Virksomheden rapporterede en nettogevinst på 21,9 milliarder dollars eller 2,94 dollars pr. aktie, en stigning fra 18,3 milliarder dollars eller 2,45 dollars pr. aktie året før. Den solide vækst skyldes især den stærke stigning i Azure-cloudservices.

Microsoft har slået Wall Streets forventninger for tredje kvartals omsætning og overskud, drevet af investeringer i kunstig intelligens. Væksten i Microsoft's cloudtjenester accelererer på baggrund af selskabets fokus på AI. Softwaregiganten har formået at overgå analytikernes forventninger for tredje kvartal, takket være en sund forretning inden for cloud computing, hvilket resulterede i en stigning i aktiekursen.
