En ret vil beslutte, om Julian Assange har ret til at appellere sin udlevering til USA, hvor hans familie frygter, at han kan ende med at dø i fængsel. Støtter af Assange er samlet foran retten i en to-dages høring, hvor det drøftes, om WikiLeaks-grundlæggeren kan få lov til at appellere afgørelsen fra 2022. Assange forsøger desperat at få ophævet udleveringsordren, der blev underskrevet i 2022 af den daværende britiske indenrigsminister Priti Patel. Efter mere end et årti kæmper Assange stadig imod at blive sendt til USA, hvor spionanklager venter på ham.
