[OB:PGS](https://simplywall.st/stocks/no/energy/ob-pgs/pgs-shares)) insiders who purchased shares in the last 12 months were richly rewarded last week. Simply Wall St has no position in any stocks mentioned. Alternatively, email editorial-team (at) simplywallst.com. This article by Simply Wall St is general in nature. While we like knowing what's going on with the insider's ownership and transactions, we make sure to also consider what risks are facing a stock before making any investment decision. We currently account for open market transactions and private dispositions, but not derivative transactions. PGS insiders may have bought shares in the last year, but they didn't sell any. On a brighter note, the transactions over the last year are encouraging. Overall we don't see anything to make us think PGS insiders are doubting the company, and they do own shares. There are always plenty of stocks that insiders are buying. That single transaction was for kr2.0m worth of shares at a price of kr6.70 each. Put another way, the original US$4.4m acquisition is now worth US$6.3m.

BW Energy (OB:BWE) Takes On Some Risk With Its Use Of Debt (Simply Wall St)

Generally speaking, debt only becomes a real problem when a company can't easily pay it off, either by raising capital or with its own cash flow. Ultimately, if ...

Simply Wall St has no position in any stocks mentioned. Alternatively, email editorial-team (at) simplywallst.com. But ultimately, every company can contain risks that exist outside of the balance sheet. This article by Simply Wall St is general in nature. Over the last three years, BW Energy saw substantial negative free cash flow, in total. There's no doubt that we learn most about debt from the balance sheet. While it does have liabilities worth noting, BW Energy also has more cash than debt, so we're pretty confident it can manage its debt safely. As you can see below, at the end of December 2022, BW Energy had US$164.9m of debt, up from none a year ago. That sort of decline, if sustained, will obviously make debt harder to handle. Offsetting this, it had US$210.8m in cash and US$15.7m in receivables that were due within 12 months. However, a more frequent (but still costly) occurrence is where a company must issue shares at bargain-basement prices, permanently diluting shareholders, just to shore up its balance sheet. Ultimately, if the company can't fulfill its legal obligations to repay debt, shareholders could walk away with nothing.

Alternatively, email editorial-team (at) simplywallst.com. While the broader market lost about 7.1% in the twelve months, Scatec shareholders did even worse, losing 47% (even including dividends). This article by Simply Wall St is general in nature. Whereas the share price return only reflects the change in the share price, the TSR includes the value of dividends (assuming they were reinvested) and the benefit of any discounted capital raising or spin-off. As it happens, Scatec's TSR for the last 5 years was 65%, which exceeds the share price return mentioned earlier. When looking at investment returns, it is important to consider the difference between total shareholder return (TSR) and share price return. You can see what analysts are predicting for Scatec in this interactive Of course, you'll have to research the business more fully to figure out if this is an attractive opportunity. While the compound gain of 9% per year is good, it's not unreasonable given the strong revenue growth. Generally speaking, companies without profits are expected to grow revenue every year, and at a good clip.

How to Advocate For Yourself at the OB/GYN While Pregnant ... (POPSUGAR)

But for Dr. Russell, the doctor-patient relationship and the notion of shared decision-making is always key โ€” especially during pregnancy and childbirth. And it ...

"The wait time is not long, it's a pleasant experience to be seen, she's all about having conversations about my birth plan," Young says. A big red flag was when the practitioner she met with early on told her she was going to have a C-section, even though Young wanted to try to have a vaginal birth. The headache of paperwork and the effort it would take to shift medical records and figure out insurance coverage made Young hesitant to switch doctors, she adds. "Always make sure when you go to an appointment you have some kind of question for them to get answered." She says she was going to a practice where she met with a different person every time she had an appointment, making her wonder who would actually be with her when she was in labour. One frequent suggestion for women of colour, in particular, is to seek out a doctor of the same race. "If we're saying Black patients do better with Black doctors, Black doctors don't have the room for all the Black patients. From 2014 to 2019, the number of medical residents entering obstetrics and gynecology in the US who were Black And you should expect that those questions are in order to have a better sense of who you are as a person and to stratify risk and to help identify what are issues that might come up because of your family history or aspects of your lifestyle or unhealthy behaviours," Dr. Russell, for example, noticed that when she would give patients of different races the same diagnoses, such as pre-diabetes, white patients would often come back with a treatment plan from their other doctors, while Black patients would come back with the concerns waived off. But I have to help Black women in particular navigate the system a bit better," Dr. "It's really important that you should expect that your doctor is going to ask you a lot of questions.
