Leicester City Complete The Signing of Victor Kristiansen (Fosse Posse)

Leicester City have signed left-back Victor Kristiansen from Danish side FC Copenhagen for a reported fee of €20 million. The Denmark U21 international is ...

Is this a good signing for the Foxes? The caveat is that Thomas has had many, many more attackers playing for a poor Premier League side as opposed to Kristiansen playing for a top team in the Superliga. Among fullbacks, he ranks in the top 10% in tackles and interceptions and just a little lower in terms of blocks. To my untrained eye (and the other one which has a little more experience), they look very similar and Thomas might just be the superior player. He is the epitome of a “defence-first” fullback. The Denmark U21 international is the Foxes’ first new signing of the January 2023 [transfer window](http://www.sbnation.com/transfer-rumors).

Victor Kristiansen signs as Leicester City target next transfer deal (Leicestershire Live)

The latest Leicester City transfer news from LeicestershireLive features the Foxes' first january signing, who they could sign next, and an invasive drone.

Atletico, however, would reportedly prefer to land Soyuncu on a free transfer in the summer. With his future uncertain at the King Power Stadium, Leicester could look to cash in to avoid him leaving as a free agent. The drone operator was confronted by security at the training ground and concerns were raised about his presence, with a key concern raised by the club being a safeguarding issue regarding youth teams using the facility. Anthony is out of contract at Bournemouth in the summer but talks over a new deal are yet to result in an agreement. Leicester are reported to have "stepped up their interest" in the 24-year-old as they strive to improve their leaky defence. It has been well-documented that Leicester are looking to bolster their wide options this month and Fiorentina's Nico Gonzalez is reportedly their number one target. I’ve heard a lot of good stories about the group and about the Club. However, a new report from Daily Mail Australia claims that the Foxes will continue pushing for a deal after seeing their bid rebuffed. Victor Kristiansen gives Leicester City something 'this team lacks' as ... (Leicestershire Live)

The Danish left-back was in the crowd at the King Power Stadium to watch his new club against Brighton following his £17m move from FC Copenhagen on Friday ...

He signed with City to the summer of 2028. That’s something this team lacks, in terms of personality in the game, people that talk and organise. You can see that in some of the games, and what I hear from the scouts. He believes he has the physical profile to be a big hit too. He’s 6ft, strong, aggressive, he’s got a nice left foot, plays off his right foot well, but engages with people. He was not eligible to make his debut in Saturday’s 2-2 draw with Brighton, and so watched from the stands.
