Despite making the Sorcerer's Stone and helping in the fight against Grindelwald, he failed to leave too much of a mark on the franchise. Another extraordinarily powerful old wizard, Nicolas Flamel lived for nearly a thousand years and proved to be one of the greatest alchemists to ever live. While Voldemort works as a great antagonist in the Harry Potter franchise, he has never actually been particularly interesting. While he was powerful and brave enough to stand against Voldemort, fans hardly cared enough about him to mourn his death. A well-intended villain at best and a fool at worst, he was incredibly powerful. If she were a muggle and the daughter of Voldemort, she would have been a much more intriguing character. The game is affording fans everywhere the chance to step into the Wizarding World and experience the life of a Hogwarts student in the world of an RPG. He was more interesting as a shadow hanging over Draco than for his actual characterization. After all, it isn't a good sign when fans need to theorize about ways to make the character more entertaining. A dark wizard who wrecked havoc over the entire magical world, Gellert Grindelwald proved that he was incredibly powerful and horrifically intimidating. Fans will have the chance to experience being a wizard that grows more and more powerful over the course of the game. Whether we like it or not, a Harry Potter reboot has become inevitable. The question is: how soon can we expect one to arrive?
tried to reproduce the impact of Harry Potter by reintroducing us to the Wizarding World with the Fantastic Beasts franchise. The main face of the franchise, Daniel Radcliffe, doesn't see himself returning for at least another 30-40 years: "I’m getting to a point where I feel like I made it out of 'Potter' okay, and I’m really happy with where I am now, and to go back would be such a massive change to my life." It would also be interesting to explore the lives of Hogwarts founders Godric Gryffindor, Rowena Ravenclaw, Helga Hufflepuff, and Salazar Slytherin. Instead of making a big boom in the film industry, the franchise is on very thin ice, with slim possibilities for the franchise to go forward with its initially-planned five-movie arc. His only condition to start a new Harry Potter related project is to have Rowling's involvement going forward. We haven’t done a Harry Potter in 15 years. Alfonso Cuarón made a great movie with the Prisoner of Azkaban, but the script makes no sense without reading the book.

[on the topic of Patronuses](https://collider.com/rarest-patronuses-ranked/), the Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban script never explains that a full Patronus should take on the form of an animal. He was an up-and-coming director at the turn of the millennium that was given the mantel of a blockbuster franchise, and he thoroughly delivered. However, it is the third act of Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban where holes start to appear in the story's fabric. He brought his unique talents and vision to the series, but never lost the spirit of the Potter universe. Again, most of the Harry Potter movies do manage to hold their own, and audiences can usually appreciate them even if they aren't familiar with the books. A deeply visual storyteller, Cuarón also fills Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban with more aesthetic nuance than other films in the series. These small moments foreshadow the time-travel plot that emerges towards Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban's ending. In the movie, by contrast, few of these details are provided, and most of them are simply glossed over in a stammering shouting match between Lupin, Sirius, and Harry.
