AC Milan vs. Juventus prediction: Picks, odds, live stream, TV ... (DraftKings Nation)

We go over everything you need to know for AC Milan vs. Juventus on Matchday 9.

They’ve dominated AC Milan over the years, winning 23 of the last 37 contests between them across all competitions and are my pick to grab three points here. They were able to snap that streak in league play with a 3-0 win over Bologna thanks to goals from Filip Kostic, Vlahovic, and Milik to bring them into seventh place in the Serie A table. Juventus sit just four points behind Milan and have only lost one match on the season as well. Zlatan Ibrahimovic (knee), Theo Hernandez (groin), Allesandro Florenzi (hamstring), and Junior Messias (calf) headline the problems Milan have on that front. Milan come into the contest with a slew of injuries, but they also have a 3-1 win over Empoli last week. Juve snapped a three-game winless skid with a 3-0 win over Bologna in their last Serie A outing as well.

European roundup: Tomori on target to help Milan defeat struggling ... (The Guardian)

Milan triumphed 2-0 against Juventus with goals from Fikayo Tomori and Brahim Díaz, while Xabi Alonso made a winning start with Bayer Leverkusen.

Ramos, however, picked up a yellow card after arguing with the referee, Pierre Gaillouste, who an instant later went back to the Spaniard and showed him a straight red card. Paulinho completed the rout with a well-timed run in the 90th minute. Earlier, Bayer Leverkusen’s Moussa Diaby scored once and set up two for Jeremie Frimpong in a 4-0 demolition of visiting Schalke to give Xabi Alonso a winning start as a coach in the Bundesliga. The Argentina international stroked in a close-range, first-time shot from an Antoine Griezmann cross to open the scoring after five minutes. From the resulting corner, Santiago Bueno jumped high to deliver a towering header that smashed against Oblak’s left post. Díaz doubled Milan’s lead in the 54th minute when he took advantage of Dusan Vlahovic’s mistake and raced towards Juve’s goal, finishing off a solo effort with a brilliant strike.

Three interesting scenes that went unnoticed during Milan-Juventus - (JuveFC)

IlBianconero reporter Cristiano Corbo was present at the San Siro for the big clash and picked up three interesting scenes that may have gone unnoticed.

He was then seen talking to his young compatriot at the end of the first half, telling him how he should move when trying to receive a cross. First of all, Dusan Vlahovic was understandably livid while leaving the pitch. The match ended 2-0 in favor of the hosts, and some would suggest that the final result could have been more woeful.
