Amy Adams Returns As Giselle In Disney's First Disenchanted Trailer (Game Rant)

Happily ever after may not be as happy as expected in Amy Adams' Disenchanted, a sequel to Disney's surprise hit 2007 film Enchanted.

Perhaps she's [some kind of evil fairy godmother](https://gamerant.com/fairy-godmothers-how-disney-invented-an-archetype-cinderella/)? So as a sequel where audiences get to not only see what happens after "happily ever after," but also see the continuation of what would have usually been a throwaway gag, Disenchanted has potential as a pretty fresh premise. [Walt Disney Studios](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dRuwjZJ-DQw), sets the stage for fans who remember the beloved original Enchanted. It's not exactly rare to take a clichéd idea and flip it around for a clever new story, but those takes tend to be more of a one-off. Sharp-eyed viewers will even notice the return of that 2D animation seen in Enchanted, which certainly makes sense since Giselle living in the real world doesn't mean that her cartoon home of Andalasia ceased to exist. [Disney](https://gamerant.com/tag/disney/) adventure, she and her husband Robert (Patrick Dempsey) are moving to the suburbs, but things aren't as picture-perfect as they look.

Tell Giselle: Can we get serious about preventative medicine ... (Wilkes Barre Times-Leader)

I am taking this space to address what many of us so often take for granted: our good health.

My physician daughter had seen and cared for enough colon cancer patients at the hospital, some who were in their late thirties and early forties, to grow her uneasiness to a level that motivated her to preventative action. Finding out two of your dear old neighbors are in a health crisis, people that are so lovely and kind as they are, is all too common. The surgeon removed the tumor along with performing a total hysterectomy, hoping to “get it all” in one fell swoop. It is not like they had colon cancer fears, and probably had not considered colon cancer screening or a colonoscopy. During the colonoscopy one polyp was removed that was pre-cancerous. Like I said, this is in part about cancer. Some type of bulge in some part of his gut had blocked off the bleeding, but it prompted an immediate transfer to another hospital where he underwent surgery just as quickly as they could set him up. Determination will be made then as to what is to come next for his treatment plan. Since she had recently changed up her exercise routine, she thought maybe it was just muscles reacting to her workouts. That is until the day he suddenly started to bleed. That same day he went to the emergency room and that’s where the doctors discovered his first big problem. It’s one thing to be 90, under 80 pounds, restricted to a reclining chair, wheelchair or bed, wearing adult diapers, and to be facing death’s door.
