Lamar Jackson has high praise for Ravens rookie Tyler Linderbaum (The Ebony Bird)

Baltimore Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson recently shared some high praise for rookie center Tyler Linderbaum after mandatory minicamp.

A three-year starter at Iowa, Linderbaum was widely seen as one of the best center prospects to enter the NFL in years. Jackson is unique in his play and his approach, and he’s adamant that he doesn’t want to be compared to any other QB, especially when setting his market value. Jackson has accomplished more than Watson overall, and that has to be accounted for in negotiations. “Now you can argue that no one means more to a specific team, a specific city than Lamar Jackson. When he came in that rookie year, he saved a lot of jobs. The Baltimore Ravens and star quarterback Lamar Jackson have both been dragging their feet on agreeing to a new lucrative long-term extension for their dynamic signal caller. Even if it’s not someone who’s been as successful as Lamar. It’s really hard to argue that he doesn’t deserve it, considering that over the past three years I think Patrick Mahomes is the only quarterback with a better QBR.”
