Aldi’s full selection of Greek wines is available in stores and/or online now. The palate is oaky yet elegant and boasts flavours of pineapple with fresh lemony acidity. Mercy crews rushed to Aldi in Irvine, North Ayrshire, shortly before 6pm yesterday, but the man was sadly pronounced dead at the scene.

“The death is not suspicious and a report will be submitted to the Procurator Fiscal.” They added that a report will be sent to the Procurator Fiscal. Police have confirmed that the death is not being treated as suspicious.

Aldi is removing plastic shrink wrap from the multipacks of its Corale baked beans in a bid to further reduce plastic waste.

The supermarket has also pledged to halve the volume of plastic packaging it uses by 2025, which Aldi says will see it remove 74,000 tonnes of plastic from circulation. Aldi plans store for Sturgis (Sturgis Journal)

Aldi filed applications May 16 with intent to occupy the former Kroger building at 811 S. Centerville Road, pending approval of all paperwork.

As of May 25, the paperwork with the state had not been recorded as being in review, as the project is still in its infancy. The Sturgis Journal contacted Aldi May 20 for additional information. Even before Kroger announced in the fall of 2020 it was shuttering its Sturgis location, residents via social media expressed high interest in having an Aldi store in town.
