Clio Music celebrates creative excellence in music marketing and the use of music in advertising. Blige is a prolific figure of inspiration and a defining voice of the contemporary music era. Grammy award-winning and Academy Award-nominated artist, actress and producer Mary J. Blige along with influential record executive and social justice activist Jason Flom will be celebrated with honorary awards at the 2022 Clio Music Awards presented by Pepsi in Nashville, Tenn. on May 10.

"We select individuals at the forefront of the music industry,” Clio music executive director Michael Kauffman said.

The BBMAs will broadcast live coast-to-coast from the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas on Sunday, May 15. Flom will be granted the Clio Music Impact Award for his work as an activist. Through the years, Blige has earned nine Grammy Awards.
